Have you tried jumping it with another car? My first guess is the battery
is weak. Even if you charge it, it may not hold enough current to crank
the car.

When was the last time it was running? If the timing belt broke, it may
have slammed the valves into the pistons and locked the engine.

A little more info would be appreciated!
