Well, I think I have the answer.
NO.

The OTIS console works as an odometer only - in MILES only. Cannot
switch to Kilometers. The thermometer does not read, but shows F only.
Cannot switch to C. No fuel economy readout, intantaneous or average.

Didn't try to calibrate the compass.
