Toyota, Honda leading but the race has a long way to go
Despite their early advantage, the hybrid market leaders can't afford to relax, said a Honda spokesman in Torrance.
Toyota -- and Honda to a lesser extent -- whose U.S. headquarters both are in Torrance, have established themselves as the top sellers of low-emission hybrid vehicles.
