The drain hole is at the rear of the oil pan, so no worries there. In fact,
with ramps you'll get even /better/ drainage than you would with the car
sitting level.
You may, however, have some difficulty finding ramps that work with your
car's (very low) front bumper skin. I use a lever jack and jack stands to
elevate my own car.
