a/c problem 2001 integra

My a/c won’t turn off when I turn on the car. This is the second time
it happen but it was under warranty the first time and now its not. I
cant seem to find the part or the cause so I can fix it. Dealer told
me it was about $500 to fix. Anything whould help thanks.
