I have a 96 A4 and the same problem. Currently, the AC is blowing hot
air. I have a feeling some air vent flap may be stuck as I had the same
problem a year ago and it fixed itself. All the buttons on the climate
control seem to work but still no AC. Is there a flap somewhere that
might get stuck? This seemed to happen when I pressed the recirculate
button. Does anyone have a diagram of the position of the AC and heat
vents and if there is some flap that mixes hot and cold air?
