Default 97 Dakota / Lost Performance/Power PLEASE HELP !

I have a 97 Dakota with a 3.9 / auto trans / 2wd that has lost power . I
have done a total tune-up , Plugs,wires,cap+rotor . I checked the TPS ,
IAC , TPS , fuel pressure , ignition coil and compression and all tested
good and replaced the O2 sensor a month ago .The exhaust flows well with
duals and cat removed . The engine has 169,000 miles and does not use
oil or smoke but just recently lost power due to an unknown reason . It
feels as if the timing is retarded . I checked the base timing and the
mark is not on TDC like I think it should be and I checked it with #1
cyl . I have also checked for vac leaks and found none . Any help on the
matter will be greatly appreciated . Direct emails welcome ! Thanks .
