Default Fuse box help???

My 2003 Caravan has a problem with the fuse box (blower). I have put a
meter on the fuse box contacts for the blower and I get nothing. All the
other circuits are good. Hence I have no blower. I have tried all new
parts and still nothing so I went back to the beginning. I checked the
contacts for the fuse box and get nothing.
Any ideas where I go next. I tried disconnecting the battery for a while
thinking maybe this might reset some thing but no luck. I am getting
desperate.

Do you at least have high speed blower? Have you checked the green wire at
the blower motor for 12 volts and make sure you have ground on the black
wire.

I have tried all components. New relay, fuse, blower, resistor, and even
the new dial set(controller on the dash). I can jump the fan with 12volts
from the battery and make it spin. There does not seem to be any juice
getting to the wires. So that's why I went back to the fuse box to restart
again. When I put my meter on the fuse posts, I get nothing, engine running
and not running. I have checked other circuits on the fuse panel and all
have voltage. But the Blower motor fuse has nothing. It is a 3.3 v6.
This why I suspect the fuse box is the problem. No voltage seems to be
getting to the blower at all.

Have the BCM and PCM scanned for codes. You would have to clear any of them
now because by poking around and disconnecting things you may have set some

Just got my van back from the dealer. They had to replace the complete fuse
box. Looks like the contacts for the blower motor fuse gave out. It being a
"non-fixable" piece, it had to be replaced. Cost for the part was $408.00
Cdn. Can you say "OUCH". Only bright side is that when they install it, it
has all new fuses, relays and other components in it. Thanks for all the
help in this forum.

Thank god your spark plugs were OK or they might have put in a new
engine! Every relay and fuse was defective?

The OP doesn't specify the year and make in this thread, but the newer
vehicles PDC or TPIM come with all relays and fuses in them.
