2000 Dakota 4.7 won't start

My Dakota stopped running- No sputter, just like I turned off the ignition.
Now none of the guages work. I have changed cam sensor, crank sensor, etc.
I have power to the coils, but not getting a ground signal back-
Just before all this happened, the radiator fan was stuck on, and I see the
fan relay is burned- Is it possible this relay shorted and smoked the PCM?
