If it's like most Taurii, the 2-speed fan is controlled by relays.

- The High Speed Cooling Fan Relay is located at the left of battery behind headlamp
in the relay center box #1.
- The Low Speed Cooling Fan Relay is located in the engine compartment fuse/relay box.
