There's not a whole lot of info in the service manual for your machine.
Mention is made of a cover on the wiper motor that can be replaced. My
guess is that the parking mechanism might be in there. Advance Auto Parts
seems to sell the whole motor and not the cover for it ($120). There
doesn't seem to be anything else in the circuit that would cause the
behavior you are describing.
