It should be pretty easy to find the leak on the power steering. Get a
flashlight and
follow the spatter.

Common sources of leaks are the power steering pump shaft seal, pinhole in
the
high pressure line, or a leaking rack and pinion steering unit. Each
problem calls
for replacement of the defective part, in general. I have tried to replace
the seal
on those PS pumps, and it was a waste of time.

Have you been using automatic transmission fluid in that power steering
system?
If so, check your manual. I believe you will find that it says to use only
power
steering fluid, not ATF. Believe it.

Just figure out where the leak is dripping from. Could be a bad hose.

A fan not coming on when the engine gets hot could be a bad cooling
fan switch.
