Hello all,
My 96 Transsport's horn(s) stopped working. I dont seem to be getting
any voltage to the horns when I try to honk. Is there a relay or is it
a direct feed from the horn switch? And can I access the horn switch
(how) without getting a mouthful of air bag?

Any thoughts appreciated.
