great car ........ looks and running
odometer works intermittently and sometimes trip odometer goes backward
replaced speed sensor on Transmission, but still the same

Might be stripped gears in the odometer wheels.

You do have the numbers that roll over right?

On my 91 Bonneville there is a little motor about 1 inch diameter & 1
1/2 inches long that is inside the speedometer cluster that controls the
odometer & trip meter.

My trip meter died in 1997
