Sales were poor. Big surprise . Ugly styling and named after a
homosexual enclave in New York. Too expensive. Subaru management is
clueless. The outback saved them but why? Unique styling, filled a
niche good price point. Subaru will never be a luxury brand. Their
owners are often repeat customers due to quality and uniqueness. None
of the new subarus offer anything unique.

AWD that works well, good quality, great safety ratings; that is unique in
today's car market

Subie AWD is great but cant help an ugly design and a name that evokes
homosexual dens couldnt overcome awd. Many vehicles have good safety
but that is not of concern to many buyers. Design is crucial.

Are you kidding? Look around you. There are very few cars made today that
aren't ugly. Function seems to be more important than style with most
buyers.
