I haven't had any problems with my WRX scoop, but some of the guys at
wrxnet, NASIOC, etc. have used chicken coop fence or window screen to
keep the larger bits of junk out. I've never seen anything commercial.

As for your wren problem, the easiest solution is to throw a towel over
the scoop when you park the car. Unless, of course, the wrens are
flying into the scoop while you're driving.
