Default {OT} Fed. Emp and Congress Health Insurance rate 2008

This is WAY off topic but has been discussed before. This might put a bit
of perspective on what the "candidates" (what a bunch of losers to call
candidates IMOH) from both parties are proposing to include all uninsured in
the same plan congress has.

I also have the same plan and rates went up as usual. The government pays
713.48 month as part of my retirement. I pay 314.47 since this Blue Cross
plan is "coordinated" with medicare, I also pay for part "B" which is around
98 for 2008.

So if there are 25 million uninsured families, the 50-100 billion a year
talked about won't begin to cover this plan. Oh yeah, there are co-pays and
deductibles that in our case are at least another 150 a month that someone
will have to cover.

It sound like to me that they want to get a law passed and worry about the
cost later.............???
