| | | OT BILL CLINTON'S MILITARY CAREER BILL CLINTON'S MILITARY CAREER:
Bill Clinton registers for the draft on September 08, 1964, accepting
all contractual conditions of registering for the draft. Selective
Service Number is 326 46 228.
Bill Clinton classified 2-S on November 17, 1964.
Bill Clinton reclassified 1-A on March 20,1968.
Bill Clinton ordered to report for induction on July 28, 1969.
Bill Clinton refuses to report and is not inducted into the military.
Bill Clinton reclassified 1-D after enlisting in the United States Army
Reserves on August 07, 1969, under authority of COL. E. Holmes.
Clinton signs enlistment papers and takes oath of enlistment.
Bill Clinton fails to report to his duty station at the University of
Arkansas ROTC, September, 1969.
Bill Clinton reclassified 1-A on October 30, 1969, as enlistment with
Army Reserves is revoked by Colonel E. Holmes and Clinton now AWOL and
subject to arrest under Public Law 90-40 (2)* (a)** regisrant who has
failed to report...remain liable for induction.
Bill Clinton's birth date lottery number is 311, drawn December 1, 1969,
but anyone who has already been ordered to report for induction is
INELIGIBLE!
Bill Clinton runs for Congress (1974), while a fugitive from justice
under Public Law 90-40.
Bill Clinton runs for Arkansas Attorney General (1976), while a fugitive
from justice.
Bill Clinton receives pardon on January 21, 1977, from President Carter.
Bill Clinton becomes the FIRST PARDONED FEDERAL FELON ever to serve as
President of the United States.
All these facts come from Freedom of Information requests, public laws,
and various books that have been published, and have not been refuted by
Clinton.
After the 1993 World Trade Center bombing, President Clinton promised
that those responsible would be hunted down and punished.
After the 1995 bombing in Saudi Arabia, which killed five U.S. military
personnel, Clinton promised that those responsible would be hunted down
and punished.
After the 1996 Khobar* Towers bombing in Saudi Arabia, which killed 19
and injured 200 U.S. military personnel, Clinton promised that those
responsible would be hunted down and punished.
After the 1998 bombing of U.S. embassies in Africa, which killed 224 and
injured 5,000, Clinton promised that those responsible would be hunted
down and punished.
After the 2000 bombing of the USS Cole, which killed 17 and injured 39
U.S. sailors, Clinton promised that those responsible would be hunted
down and punished.
Maybe if Clinton had kept those promises, an estimated 3,000 people in
New York and Washington, DC. who are now dead would be alive today.
THINK ABOUT IT!* It is a strange turn of events. Hillary gets $8 Million
for her forthcoming memoir. Bill gets about $12 Million for his memoir
yet to be
written. This from two people who spent 8 years being unable to recall
anything about past events while under oath.

You've got some big factual mistakes there. Clinton wasn't pardoned,
and Clinton did nothing illegal in avoiding military service, although
he, like Dick Cheney, also did nothing honorable in avoiding it.

For one thing, the government didn't know who did the bombing, but
even after they were identified, when GW Bush became President, GW
Bush decided not to go after them.

Maybe, but I doubt it because Clinton was paying a lot of attention to
terrorism, and some al Qaeda operations had been prevented during his
administration. OTOH GW Bush ignored terrorism during his first
months in office because he didn't understand it, didn't work on it,
was highly ignorant of international affairs, and was mislead by an
Iraq-obsessed vice-president and foreign policy team. Remember, in
January of his first term, he was briefed by Richard Clark that Al
Qaeda was the #1 threat, but immediately thereafter, Condeleezza Rice
told GW Bush that the #1 threat was Saddam Hussein. Also he did
nothing when specifically told, almost a month before the 9/11
attacks, "Al Qaeda Determined to Strike in the US".
If GW Bush had been a normal president, 3,000 people in NY and
Washington who died on 9/11 would be alive today.

If you dislike them for corruption, then you should be really hating
GW Bush & Co. |

So, admittedly, he's earned the title of Chicken Hawk thrown so freely
at Bush, right?

Bullshit. This is far less true than the recording, of which I have a
copy, containing Clinton "explaining" why he didn't take OBL from the
Sudanese. |

After the September 11 2001 attacks, George W. Bush said, quote, "I don't
know where bin Laden is. I have no idea and really don't care. It's not
that important. It's not our priority." |

Well, not really. Clinton never waved his dick around like Bush, saying
stupid things like "mission accomplished" and "bring 'em on". In order to be
a chicken hawk, you have to be a stupid braggart. It helps if your own kids
are unlikely to sober up and join the service. |

The above remark was made on 3/13/02. Prior to that, on 9/13/01 Bush said:
"The most important thing is for us to find Osama bin Laden. It is our
number one priority and we will not rest until we find him."
On May 1, 2003, President Bush landed on the aircraft carrier USS
Abraham Lincoln and announced "mission accomplished." That was one day
after Bush removed troops from Saudi Arabia. |

I seem to remember O J Simpson making similar sincere statements about
spending the rest of his life looking for the actual killers of his ex-wife
and Ron Goldman. But the killers never went to the same golf courses as O
J apparently. Pity.
In Bush's case, I'm surprised that his interest in finding OBL actually
lasted six months....that's much longer than his usual attention span. |

I don't know what you mean by "normal" but the way 9/11 played into the
hands of the neo-cons Israel?), war profiteers and exporters of Milton
Friedman's theories of economics raises, serious questions.
From article from In These Times titled "Who Knew?":
The disclosures rocked the administration. “BUSH KNEW,” blared the May
16, 2002 cover of the Murdoch-owned New York Post. A front-page headline
in the Washington Post warned, “An Image of Invincibility Is Shaken by
Disclosures.” Even worse for Bush, the news set off an inter agency war
of press leaks over who was to blame for the mishaps, with each
embarrassing leak from the CIA provoking a defensive counter-leak from
the FBI. The result of the battle, which wore on through the summer, was
political misery for the White House. http://www.inthesetimes.com/comments.php?id=340_0_1_0_C
