Warren Buffet complaining that he doesn't pay enough tax, so rather than
giving his money to the government in the form of tax should give a
fixed amount to each and every U.S. citizen. It would eliminate the
"middle man" and the overhead that goes along with it. We can put it to
much better use than the government.
