Hopefully, you're equally annoyed by the way other politicians use "I don't
recall", too. Bush, Cheney, Gonzalez, Reagan, the list goes on forever.

Except GWB and company were telling the truth as they knew it at the
time.

With the clintons it's knowingly not telling the truth. They do it
until the jig is up then the clintons move-on to another lie until the
jig is up then .... and so on. You know the drill jsb.

Why do you think Bush was telling the truth, but Cheney, Gonzalez and Reagan
were not?

I'm cutting to the real core issue, which is dbu's concern about politicians
who claim to not know things. You can't pick & choose, although he is now
trying to do that. If you don't like one, you can't like others.

I've done the same thing here regarding others making claims that were
lies; distortions of truth, concern for the well-being of Iraqi
citizens, etc.

Most every time, I was condemned for using one to justify the other.
You're perilously close to doing that with the above paragraph.
