Does anyone know how to work the dvd player and rear audio system in
the 05 Sienna? I bought it used on a car lot and they haven’t a clue
how to use it and suggested I take it to the toyota dealership.

Try looking here for identifying the components:

If that doesn't work, you can order an owner's manual from your local Toyota
dealer or try e-bay.
