The coupon is exactly as stated in the original post. It is also
written as a check, pay to the orderof-left blank. It has the Toyota
logo. Ray O is probably correct. It was given by Acton Toyota.

I've called on Acton Toyota, at the time they had an excellent service
department and were very active in advertising their service specials.
Many, of not most, dealers will honor other dealer service specials and
coupons in hopes of gaining a new customer.
