They were talking about Jaywalking at the "X", and found out just what I
got from talking to a State Police Sergeant about 15 years ago.

Like she said "...there are no Jaywalking penalties in Mass...."

Too bad. It might lessen the chances of a successful car jacking. Think it
through. You'll see what I mean.

I'm slow this AM, but it still took less than 1 second.

Especially where you live, this is a good idea...
