Interesting; I printed this out to read. And will send the link on to some
others who are 'dog people'.
Makes me wonder... when cat is agitated & swishes its tail, does it swish
with a bias to the left side?

| | | Re: Does Your Dog Love You? I guess I'll never know, my dog has no tail. My dog was a stray, and a
previous human in her life had her tail bobbed.
In any case, my dog has very expressive features, she moves her ears almost
constantly. She can stand them straight up and lay them flat against her
head. Normally they are positioned somewhere in between. My dog sticks to me
like white on rice, and I take that as a sign she likes me.

"But there is another, newly discovered, feature of dog body language
that may surprise attentive pet owners and experts in canine behavior.
When dogs feel fundamentally positive about something or someone, their
tails wag more to the right side of their rumps. When they have
negative feelings, their tail wagging is biased to the left."
I've always known leftists to be sour and negative while rightists to
be positive and upbeat about life. I never realized it was a
fundamental law of nature until now! |

OTOH... the left side of the brain controls the right, & the right the left.
So... in the brain itself the left side is the source of the expressed
happiness, whereas the right... ;-P

How do you explain the bad attitude of the lefties in this group and
the happy-go-lucky attitude of the conservatives. The only liberal
here that has a speck of sense of humor is Truckdude. The rest of you
are always pissed off about something. |

Translation: they don't think GWB is exactly the bee's knees. For reasons
which have been articulated many times. As in... crummy - really crummy -
leadership decisions, which have resulted in dire situations.

As in Scott who want's to just "nuke 'em", for example?
The only liberal

If I had more patience, I could cull through posts & list quotes galore, re:
being angry/P.O.ed. And they'd be from the righties of the group.

That explains why Dick Cheney is practically a giggling Teletubbie. | | Thread Tools | | | | Display Modes | Linear Mode |
