Thanks Glenn, I was thinking that was the way but was hoping for something
easier : )

not a bad idea to look for any metal scraping the glass and in my case
removing the sun shade tinting being scratched off as well .LUBE IT WELL as
it takes the strain off the electrics and teeth of the winding gear .
