Go to SAMs Club and get BF Goodrich Long Trail T/A I drive a rear
wheel drive S-10. And haul a trailer full of brush to a brush dump
that is usually muddy. I drive in a lot of snow, to get to work in
winter. I drive 88 miles a day, minimum. 44 each way. These are good
tires. Never had any problems, going where I wanted go. (Within
reason)

Check and see, but I just got a set of those exact tires at Sams
and they have (had?) a special running on BFG tires - $60 instant
rebate - at the time. It *may* run through the end of the month.

Got 4) 265/75/16s mounted, balanced, out the door including all
the bullshit taxes, etc. for $485.

The tires that came on my 2WD Suburban were new but they lack snow
traction. National Commandos 245/75 R 16s . Think those BF Goodrich Long
Trail T/A will do it for the snow.

They work just fine for snow. Some folks who still run the old Baja
buggies run them off road. Good deep tread.
