If you don’t have negative equity perhaps but you will not see a dime and only get money off your taxes for the next yr. They will send you a receipt of what they actually sell it for not what the blue book is. Sell it to Car Donation New York and get a check, if you really want to donate just write the check over to the charity.

Sometimes a non-running car has more value to the donor in the recycling program than as a donation. The choice is always yours. First we'll tow your Olds away, free of charge, handle the transfer of ownership (with receipt of your signed-off title), and then send you on a wonderful vacation.

Question

mikedevidh - think adding your site to www.atlanticcitydealers.net is a good fit for you. I added you to the Marketplaces section. Let me know.

Thumbs up Are car donation places a good route to go?

Our car was sold to us by the family who owned it in New York for $1.00, but we have lost all its paper records. In most cases the title has to be available. The title must be free of liens. More information about what types of vehicles need titles. Only a few states do not require titles. Most states, however, offer a fast way to get a duplicate title. Sometimes there is a small fee required. In many states you can get a duplicate title within hours or a few days. Please fill out and submit to us our Vehicle Donation Form. That completed form will help us to determine if and how best we may serve you.
