I haven't write blogs but I want to write and use that for money purpose I know the techniques but last time when I tried my blog to connect with Google Adsense they replied me back you can not link other sites with google Adsense. I don't know why? Do they need your own website for blog promotion ?

i don't understand what you mean. You need your blogs to be 5 to 6 months old and have enough post before you can connect your google adsense.
