The car under crazy amounts of duct tape camo is the new Chevy Volt , taken from a video still of the 1/3rd scale model in the GM wind tunnel. GM is talking about a 150 mpg equivalent number for the Volt. This is important, considering your average cost per mile jumped 1.9 cents last year. To keep things clean, 18 states are trying to force EPA to regulate greenhouse gas emissions.
