NY state Dealer license

As I am researching how to register as a used car dealer in NY state and have not yet place to rent where to keep my cars.

I wonder can I register my dealership at my home address as I have very big yard?

In New York you need a commercial location with a certain amount of square footage (I forget the exact size).. Motor Vehicles will come to inspect it before they issue a license.

I hope 3 a week, but I more looking to concentrate on selling to other countries then in USA.
