My wife has a 2005 Town and Country that intermittently exhibits a problem where the power door locks will not work. I read online somewhere that if I disconnect the battery, wait 10 minutes, howl at the moon, stand on one leg, pray to the gods, and then reconnect the battery it will reset and they'll start working again. This does, in fact, work but then a couple of days later the problem reappears. I had also read that there may be a Chrysler Technical Service Bulletin that addresses this. The TSB has something to do with updating the BCM (Body Control Module). My question is . . . does anybody know if there really is a TSB for this AND what the TSB # might be? Thanks
