iMagicLab is better than BZ. But VinSolutions offers even more

I just joined this forum because I want my dealership to replace Imagiclab in the worst way. I figured I'd look for some opinions on where to look first. For something as powerful as a CRM and ILM system, I have to believe that magiclab has to be one of the worst. I haven't yet started looking into anything else, however I can say for sure, if there isn't something WAY better out there that really only needs to do some of the seemingly most obvious things in the world then anyone capable of creating a CRM system needs to get in touch with me, we'll make billions.

@Himdog what are some of the setbacks you experience with iMagic? Identifying these can help to address them when pursuing other options. I know a lot of different providers but they each have their pros and cons so it is important to know what you need and what is holding you back.

On a similar note, check out a recent post on BlogProAutomotive.com called Example of bad email marketing practice in CRM which was written about a recent experience with a dealer's Autobase CRM.
