Default Dealership intersted in ways to data mine or customer database.

I am with Curry Auto Center a Chevy, GMC, Buick and Cadillac dealer in Bloomington Indiana. We have begun an initiative to better utilize our CRM and other tools to mine our database of past clients to create leads and increase customer retention. Would anybody be willing to share what is working for them? We have discussed isolating customers that potentially have positive equity, high interest rates/payments etc. We would then like to send personalized communications about a new car, lower payments, interest rates etc.
What tools are out there for predicting positive equity? High interest rates deals?
We are using DealerPeak for our CRM. We are interested in any and all ideas.

I highly recommend using Vinsolutions or eLeads for your CRM/ILM tool(s). They both have DMS integration and can data mine for the things that you have mentioned. They can also data mine your client information for parts and service to increase your fixed ops business. Send regular oil change coupons/reminders or parts coupons. Great systems for customer retention. Hoep that helps and happy selling!

MenuSys has software that lets you manage all of your customers and potential customers from one easy-to-use customer management tool! Unlike so many Customer Relationship Managers out there, our CRM delivers the tools you need to be successful but is still simple to use. Our CRM is fully integrated with our finance and desking menus so you don't have to re-enter data again!
