Im a new CRM at a large Toyota dealership in Michigan. Our SSI scores have been less than great due to our delivery process (my position was actually created in despair to change this). The average wait time between the final selections and getting back to F&I is probably about an hour and a half.

My idea is to form a uniformed delivery process, deliver most of the vehicles myself. Does anyone else have any suggestions? I am very new to this position and would love any help anyone could offer...Anything that has worked for you?
