Can someone explain to me what this means?
"System is locked for AOD"

Default Aod

AOD is an acronym for Application on Demand; this is Reynolds nominclature for we have your ERA system in Dayton and you have to access it through a VPN tunnel.

Ah, I see. So reynolds is doing something with the system. From what I've seen I'm only getting this message at night through a dial-in.
