My name is James Posca and I am owner of DealerDominance.Com. I am convinced that Reach Local offers a very valuable product that could help the dealers that I service but honestly my experience with your customer service has been less than desirable. I initially called to speak with a gentleman named Jamie and it was at least a week and half until I received a call back from him. Our first call was very productive but he was supposed to follow up with me in a few days to get the ball rolling for one of my dealers who wants to purchase your service. Since that first call, I have yet to hear from him and that was almost two weeks ago. I then placed several more calls to him but nobody has responded. I value customer service tremendously and have built my business on it so I am now reluctant to enroll my dealers with you. If you could help out it would be much appreciated.
