Got an audit a few months ago from the NJDMV. We had a few compliance issues such as the temp plate log, not always signing in the reassignment book, and keeping a proper dealer plate log. The auditor claimed it was a verbal warning and would return to check up on us.
We just recieved a letter in the mail proposing to suspend our license for multiple months and a hefty hefty fine.
Has anyone ever had an issue with this? How did they resolve it? | | |
