Default Advice on setting up a used car dealership in PA

    Hi

I am renting a property zoned properly and have obtained a certificate of occupancy. I'll be forming an LLC and next step will be to apply for dealer license. Being new to the industry I have some general questions:
    1) If I want to offer a warranty on used cars are there any you recommend and any programs to stay away from?
    2) How old can cars be for warranty?
    3) If I sell 20 - 30 yr old cars - how would the financing work?
    4) Do not plan on being a notary - so I assume I'll have to go to local tag place to process title

FYI - The cars will probably be worth more than book value. I only plan on having 2 to 4 vehicles in stock at a time - so it will not be a big operation. I have extremely low overhead < 1400/mo including rent, insurance and phone and utilities and I am really good at making detailed web pages showing off interior, exterior and undercarriage. I've helped numerous folks sell their own cars by building web pages for them so I know it can be successful. Just new to the financing, warranty, titling etc,.
