I own a car dealer here in Ca and I've never wandered out of state to buy used cars from dealer auctions. Was wondering if someone here can give me some insight on what to and what not to do.

For example there are a couple of auctions coming up with some nice cars in Tennessee and Pennsylvania. My problem is concerning the weather over there. Flood, snow, humidity etc. Since I live in Ca, those things are not a problem. Was wondering what I should watch out for when buying a car in those states and returning it to CA.
