    There will be a link and toll free number on every mail piece that is delivered to your customer giving them the option to log in to the website or call the toll free number and complete an application. This application will provide all the necessary information for them to be approved before stepping on the dealership. The next step is to find the car they want.

    Appointment Setting
    Once the client logs into the link provided in the mail piece they’ve received they will fill out an application. Once completed, our professional appointment setters will contact them to schedule a visit to your dealership.

    Lead Tracking System
    As the dealership you will have separate login information to track each lead that is captured. You will have several options to track leads, see how many appointments are being set, and when the mail pieces are being sent. There is also a manifest of all leads provided so that you can clearly see closing % and response rates.

    Response Rates
    Response rates vary by marketing dataset. For example, automotive trigger leads garner a 2-7% rate, 4% on average. For other files like expiring lease/loan or year/make/model data, a 1-2% is considered good with over 3% being very strong.
