Default My First Car Sales Job

A little background on me..I'm a mother of 3, first branching out into sales. I've been a waitress for the past 10 years. This job just sort of crossed my path and I interviewed for it and got the job. I've been here since October.

I've done fairly decent thus far, but I'm looking to expand my knowledge, and find out more closing techniques and objection rebuttals than just "If I Could, Would You?"

Any advice any of you seasoned veterans can pass along would be much appreciated.

Google sales closes. Many can be applied to our situation. (I can't copy and paste a link) I saw a good list on changingminds.org
I just recommend to someone else here a audio book by Brian Tracy and he talks about a few really good closes and everything else you can imagine about sales
    Best of luck
Instead on "if I could would you?" I like to say
"Just suppose" just suppose we could get you that price. Or just suppose we can keep youre payments at

All I can advice, since you are on this journey for the first time, is try to get professional and efficient. Try not to be too 'salesy' or pushy if you don't want your customers to walk away. Provide vehicle history reports from VInAudit as they are very cheap yet very good carfax alternative. Reports are from NMVTIS and only cost $1 each if you sign up for an account with unlimited access to reports. That's we do at first until now, just perfect addition to Carfax to gain trust and increase leads
